The purpose of the software is to provide logistics in task distribution within a company. I chose this topic, because what I experienced nearly two years as a quality assurance professional is that lack of information and clear distribution of tasks hinders enormously the development process in any company. Easy manager’s main functionality is to manage every task within a company, by providing several task distribution mechanisms that will distribute the tasks among the personnel. Easy manager should be installed on a client’s server, where the personnel logs in and runs the program. Functional requirements gathered, are based on my experience as an employee of a software company, which implements various software packages, depending on their customers’ requirements. Easy Manager was developed in such a way, that the company’s business is not relevant. It can be applied to every firm if their business process is chain oriented.
